Advisory Board
We do not know everything, and we have picked one of the harder missions available: advancing human collaboration, empowering everyone to grow. So we are bringing people onto this side of the table who can see what we cannot.
Each seat exists because there is a specific way this company can fail that we cannot see from inside it.
Five seats. Each one has a job.
We are looking for people who have already lived what we are about to go through, and who will write the uncomfortable sentence when it is warranted. A board assembled for show is a board that says yes. We are building one that can stop us.
Composition matters as much as the seats: a real spread of gender, nationality and discipline. Every adviser is engaged on written terms, and every relationship is disclosed.
