Jean-Michel Autelli is the Founder and CEO of the Company, responsible for its vision and execution strategy. Before founding the Company, he co-founded multiple entrepreneurial endeavours, including a logistics-tech company and a climate venture in Abu Dhabi, advised chief-level executives, and researched systemic banking and population behaviour across fintech and edtech. He serves on the Advisory Board of the INSEAD Hoffman Institute and the Executive Board of INDEVOR, a network of more than 3,000 founders and professionals working in impact, fundraises with the INSEAD Alumni Fund, and advises non-profit organisations across Europe and beyond, including AFS Vivre Sans Frontières. He holds a degree from INSEAD, along with additional training including the Climate Entrepreneurship Academy.
Alexandre Lucas is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of the Company, responsible for product mechanics, machine learning algorithms, and AI applications in service of the Mission, as well as the Company's entire digital estate. He began his career building data pipelines and machine learning systems as a research contributor, then designed and deployed a large language model from the ground up, before moving into cybersecurity at INSEAD, where he spent three years securing systems across the school's France and Singapore campuses. He holds a degree in engineering from ECE Paris.
