What this site collects

This site has no form, no account, no analytics and no advertising. We use no cookies for measurement or tracking. Fonts and images are served from our own domain, so no third party is contacted when you load a page.

Two things are processed. Our host records connection data for every visit: IP address, date and time, pages requested, browser type. This is needed to serve the site and protect it from abuse. And if you write to an @gigets.co address, we keep your message and your address in order to answer you.

Third parties

Cloudflare hosts the site, delivers it and routes our email. It is established in the United States and processes data under the safeguards set out in its contractual commitments. Nobody else receives your data. We never sell it, and we never use it to train a model.

Legal basis

Technical logs: our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site. Emails: our legitimate interest in answering the people who write to us.

How long we keep it

Technical logs: for the duration of our host's own retention policy, measured in days. Emails: as long as needed to handle the exchange, and at most three years after the last contact.

Your rights

You can access your data, correct it, have it deleted, object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Write to [email protected] and we answer within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at cnil.fr.

This policy will change as the product does. The date above always reflects the latest version.
