The knowledge is there. The willingness is there. What is missing is anything that routes a need to the person three conversations away who could answer it in half an hour.

What a Circle gives an organisation
People who can finally reach each other. Every match explained in one sentence. Every exchange recorded when it is delivered, and not before.
A picture of how their people actually collaborate. Where help flows and where it stops. Which capabilities are scarce and which are abundant and sitting unused. Which parts of the organisation are two handshakes apart and behave as though they are twenty. No survey has measured this accurately, because a survey records what people say they would do and a settlement records what they did.
A reason to be there. The organisation becomes the layer that made it possible, visible to its people as exactly that.
What a partner never gets

Member-initiated, and nothing else. An introduction happens because a member stated an Ask that the partner can answer, and only if that member wants it. The partner never learns who declined. Everything else a partner sees is aggregated and de-identified.
That line is the reason the Circle and the promise can exist in the same company. It is written on a public page rather than in a contract nobody reads, because that is the version that is hard to abandon quietly.
